Take a journey through Minnesota history to discover your role and the role of others in the transformation of this state we call home. In this year-long course, students will access content through a variety of teaching strategies, including inquiry, collaboration, project-based learning and literacy strategies specific to social studies. This 6th grade social studies course meets the requirements of the Minnesota Social Studies Standards, including geography, economics, civics, and history.
