Why are we proposing a facilities bond? Because our community is recommending it.
For the past several years, members of our community have been working with district staff to study our facility needs. In May 2023, the school board received a recommendation from a Facilities Planning Team to provide more learning spaces for our growing enrollment; replace 100+ year old buildings; and improve school safety and security.
The bond request is based on the recommendations of a community facilities panning team, along with feedback gathered during several community meetings and two district-wide surveys. Check out the resources below to learn more.
