Football season reminders for younger Pony fans
With high school football season upon us, below are some reminders for younger students attending upcoming events at Pony Stadium:
-
Tickets can be purchased through the Hometown Ticketing app or online up to one week in advance.
-
Students in middle school or younger must be accompanied by an adult, with no more than six students per adult.
-
Students have the option to sit in either the home bleachers or be in the grassy area at the south end of the stadium to cheer on the Ponies.
-
To help keep the entrance clear, avoid gathering in the concrete area near the north end gates.
-
There is no re-entry to the stadium.
-
Outside food and beverages are not permitted into Pony Stadium.
-
Pony Stadium is a bag-free facility, where backpacks, belt bags, purses, and bags of any kind are prohibited.
-
For the comfort and safety of all, those who do not follow fan guidelines will be escorted from the facility.
Three more opportunities are ahead to catch the Ponies at home in the regular season when they host East Ridge for Homecoming on Sept. 15, Forest Lake on Sept. 29, and Edina on Oct. 13. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. for all regular season varsity matchups.
