Stillwater teams win Minnesota Stock Market Game
Marketing students from Stillwater Area High School were tops in the Minnesota BestPrep Stock Market Game. The teams placed 1st and 2nd in the state-wide competition.
The Stock Market Game gives teams a virtual $100,000 to invest in stocks and mutual funds. Portfolios are updated daily with real-time prices. Teams make trades on the internet using real ticker symbols and watch their portfolio value change with the stock market. Read more.
- SAHS students Ryan Nelson and Daniel O'Loughlin placed 1st with $126,209.10 total equity in their portfolio.
- Kenneth Harycki and Ben Lee came in 2nd with $109,938.01 total equity.
