  1. PURPOSE

    Field trips, contests, community service projects and extra-class activities are an instructional resource and need to have a direct link to the educational program of the students.
     
  2. GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY

    It is the policy of I.S.D. 834 Board of Education that activities and programs that take place away from the school campus (field trips, contests, community service projects, etc.) must have academic value and be integrated into the student’s educational program.
