The school board held a closed session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to engage in discussions with legal counsel regarding pending litigation in the matter of Gary Horning vs. ISD 834, et al., Court File No. 82-CV-20-3667.
