Meeting Notes
The following is an informal summary of the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting a motion was made and approved to add an action item to the agenda to approve a resolution to enter into exploratory conversation and pursue a possible separation agreement with the superintendent. Later in the meeting, this resolution was approved by a 5-2 vote.
The school board also voted to approve the consent agenda, which included the disbursement register and the Human Resources Personnel Report, in order to keep business moving over the summer months.
