1:1 Technology

Anytime, Anywhere Learning!

We are committed to ensuring that all students have access to their learning resources within and outside of the classroom. With our Universal Access (1:1 Technology) program, a student can access their learning when they're out ill, on vacation, or simply working on a class project on the weekend.

Thanks to a technology levy approved by voters in 2022, devices are assigned to all students as an educational resources - just like textbooks. These devices are not intended to be a student’s sole method of accessing instruction, but will ensure that students are never without access to their educational resources.

The goal of the 1:1 initiative is to increase students’ communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity. Technology will be used to support learning, as appropriate, and students will still use traditional textbooks, reading books, and other physical classroom materials.
